This week's real estate statistics for Southern Ocean County
Here’s an interesting stat: Last month (Dec 2011) the average list price for single family homes was $410,325 and the average sale price was $383,114.00 Pretty good numbers but they do include waterfront homes and the homes on Long Beach Island which can reach into the millions.
