Here’s a quick stat for you. Of all the properties that were listed for sale in the last six months in southern ocean county only 101 properties expired. That means their home didn’t sell during the listing period (usually six months).
That’s not bad considering over 1900 homes were listed in the same period. So homes ARE selling.

Tom’s Tidbits:

On an historic note, did you know that the very building we are in was once the National Hotel? Well, most of the National Hotel was what is now the parking lot on the south side of our building but we still have some hand cut beams held together with wooden pegs in our structure that dates back to 1750 and was the meeting place for the early Revolutionary War militia.
