This week we are featuring Lacey Township which includes: Lanoka Harbor, Forked River and Forked River Beach. There are currently 291 homes and condos for sale in Lacey. In the last year 197 have sold. Now that’s a great sign. That brings us down from a 2 year supply to a 17 month supply
