Now that's significant. it means that homes in Ocean county are selling at 93% of list price... not 60 or 70% as portrayed by the drama queens in the media.

This week the average 30 year mortgage rate is 4.95% down from lat week's 5.04%. UP - DOWN- UP- DOWN: It's a roller coaster!
